What is ScreenPlay Insiders (SPI)?
A paid survey and opinion site for families (parents, kids, and teens). Topics may include TV shows, movies, games, and apps. Members may also be invited to participate in discussion boards, focus groups & one-on-one interviews, game testing, TV show pilot tests, and movie screenings.
Who may participate in the Panel?
U.S. residents only. Open to parents age 20+ with children ages 2–17. More than one child may be signed up per household.
SPI members must meet certain eligibility criteria and membership may be limited.
NOTE: We only accept new panelists on occasion. Membership is restricted to keep the panel size small so that the experience for members is rewarding.
Why do you sometimes not accept new members?
Membership is kept small intentionally so members get more opportunities and a more rewarding experience.
How do I become a member?

What do I get for being a Panel Member?
As a registered Panel member you will have the opportunity to share your feedback about a variety of topics!
Each time you (or your children) complete a survey or other eligible panel activity you will be credited with virtual points that accumulate in your account and will be credited on a monthly basis for electronic gift cards when your balance is sufficient.
Each invitation for a particular panel activity informs you of the associated points for that activity. Currently, points can be redeemed for Reward Links powered by Tango Card. The minimum points balance requirement for a gift card is 5,000 points, equivalent to $5.00. The current conversion rate is: 1,000 points = $1.00 (USD).

● Value will be retained if the full value is not completely redeemed
In addition to surveys, you may also receive opportunities to participate in other paid research activities like discussion boards, focus groups & one-on-one interviews, game testing, TV show pilot tests, and movie screenings. Members earn up to $1.00-$300.00 depending on the project type.
What are points?
Virtual currency earned by taking polls/surveys, participating in discussions, and other activities. They accumulate in your account and you will receive a reward link each month if your balance reaches the minimum required threshold (5,000 points+).

How do I check/redeem my points?
Log into your account, your point total will be available on your homescreen feed.
We assess participation monthly, during the 2nd week of each month. Once your earned point balance is above a 5,000-point threshold ($5.00), you’ll automatically receive a Reward Link (powered by Tango) via email to redeem your points. Reward Links will be issued by the 15th day of each month (e.g., January 15th, February 15th, etc.).
How will I know when there is a survey or other activity?
Parents receive notice about new activities (for either them or their child(ren) via email. You can also check for surveys and other panel activities by logging into your account–if there are any surveys it will say so on your “Home” page under Quick Poll Questions.
How often will I participate in surveys or other Panel activities?
You’ll be invited whenever a qualifying activity is available, based on your profile. You can participate in as many or as few as you want — no obligation.
Based on the information provided during the registration survey and subsequent profiling surveys, we will send you an invitation whenever there is a survey or other panel activity available that you may qualify for.
You will be able to quickly review the nature and requirements of a given panel activity and decide in seconds whether to participate.
Parents will receive notifications about Panel activities for their child(ren) and may review and decide if they would like their child(ren) to participate.
How is my privacy protected?
The privacy and safekeeping of your personal information is our top priority. Your email address and other contact information will never be shared with third parties, aside from entities that perform services for us, such as fulfilling orders or processing payment, that either are bound to comply with our privacy policy or have privacy policies that protect your information unless you have “opted-in” to such sharing, nor will you be the subject of spam as a result of joining the Panel.

Why am I not getting survey invitations?
To combat SPAM, many mail servers and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) use high-tech filtering devices to ensure that you receive as little or no SPAM as possible. We know how annoying SPAM can be, and we support efforts made to reduce SPAM. However, some legitimate email that you want to receive, like our survey invitations, may be mistakenly flagged as SPAM and never make it to your mailbox.
To make sure you continue to receive survey invitations, please add us to your list of trusted senders.
What if I am no longer interested in participating?

What do I/my child get for being a Panel Member?
As a registered Panel member you/your child will have the opportunity to express your/their opinions, views, and wishes about a variety of topics! What is expected of me/my child?
Most Panel activities will simply involve our asking you/your child(ren) (via email) to complete a brief survey for which points will be credited to your household account.
NOTE: Survey invitations are sent via email. Invitations for your child(ren) will indicate that the activity is for your child(ren) but invitations will be sent to YOUR email address.
The surveys are designed to be easily understood, interesting and fun to do. No personally identifiable information will be asked of your child(ren).
While most Panel activities will involve your child, we also may be interested in talking to parents from time to time to get their perspective. Of course, you will also be eligible to earn points each time you participate in a specific activity for the panel.
Can I have more than one child participate?
Yes, as long as you are the parent of that child and that child is age 2-17 and resides within your household.
My teen wants his/her own account, can I do that?
At this time, we are limited to allowing 1 account per household, controlled by the parent.
What if I/my child don't want to complete a particular survey/activity?
It is up to you whether you or your child participates in any given survey or panel activity–there is never an obligation to participate in any specific survey or other Panel activity.
